Lake of the Ozarks State Park has a little bit of something for everyone. Crave water adventure? Lake of the Ozarks has a full complement of boating options. Want a quiet place to hike or mountain bike? The park’s thousands of wooded acres have lots of places to get away from it all, with 12 trails that wind through the park. Cabins and yurts make the park a welcome place for families looking to enjoy the lake but escape the hustle and bustle of some of the nearby towns. And Ozark Caverns – complete with its lantern-light cave tour – presents an unforgettable experience.
Bridal Cave
Just north of Camdenton, off Hwy. 5 on Lake Road 5-88, can also be reached by water on the 10.5 mile marker on the Big Niangua Arm of the Lake. It was formed by the Ozark upheaval when the Ozark Mountains were formed 42-46 million years ago and is adorned with massive columns, stalactites, stalagmites and draperies from the start to beyond the end of the tour at the sparkling crystal clear Spirit Lake. Bridal Cave, in keeping with the tradition of the Indian legend has hosted over 1325 weddings in the stalactite adorned Bridal Chapel. 573-346-2676

Ozarks Amphitheater (originally called Stoneridge Amphitheater) is a family-owned and operated open-air performance venue with more than 10,000 seats plus additional lawn seating. The amphitheater is located in Camdenton, Missouri. The venue was completed in 1993. The amphitheater has hosted world class acts such as the Charlie Daniel’s Band, Foreigner, Blues Traveler, Willie Nelson and many more. Conveniently located near the Bridal Caves, off the Pier 31 exit of Missouri 5 highway.
